How we ship
your order
All S. Riviere Hair Collection orders ship from Atlanta, Georgia. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, carrier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery.
Processing
times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from shipping time, the 10–14 business day estimate begins once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Order confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after your order is placed
- Dispatch notification: You will receive a separate email with your tracking number once your order ships
- Custom or special orders: May require additional processing time, we will contact you directly if this applies
- High-demand periods: Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak seasons
Tracking your
order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system after your dispatch notification is sent. If your tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us at info@srivierehair.com.
International
shipping
At this time, S. Riviere Hair Collection ships within the United States only. We are working to expand international shipping in the future.

Our return
policy
We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. At the same time, the nature of hair products requires a clear and firm policy to protect the integrity of every order.
Eligible for return: Unopened, unaltered bundles in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the product has not been handled beyond initial inspection.
- Eligible: Unopened bundle in original packaging, returned within 7 days of delivery date
- Eligible: Item received damaged, incorrect, or not as described
- Not eligible: Bundle that has been opened, unraveled, or removed from packaging
- Not eligible: Bundle that has been installed, worn, cut, colored, or chemically treated
- Not eligible: Return requested more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
- Not eligible: Change of mind after opening (texture, length, or color)
We strongly recommend reviewing the product specifications and texture guide carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about which product is right for you, contact us before ordering, we would rather help you choose correctly than process a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you need.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, see the Damaged Orders section below.
Damaged or
incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right, immediately and at no cost to you.
- Contact us at info@srivierehair.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
- We will review and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution
- Resolution options: full replacement shipped at no charge, or full refund to your original payment method
How to start
a return
If your return is eligible, follow these steps. Do not ship anything back without first receiving a return authorization, unauthorized returns cannot be processed.
