01, Shipping

How we ship
your order

All S. Riviere Hair Collection orders ship from Atlanta, Georgia. We ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS, carrier is selected based on your location and order size to ensure the fastest, most reliable delivery.

Standard Delivery
10–14 Business Days
From the date your order is dispatched. Business days exclude weekends and US federal holidays.
Free Shipping Threshold
Orders Over $200
Automatically applied at checkout. No code required. Orders under $200 are charged a flat $15 shipping fee.
Ships From
Atlanta, Georgia
All orders are fulfilled from our Atlanta location. Transit times vary by destination state.
Domestic Shipping
All 50 US States
We ship to all 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii. Remote addresses may see slightly longer delivery times.
Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. During peak periods (holidays, sale events) or due to carrier delays outside our control, delivery may take longer. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay with your order.
02, Processing

Processing
times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of being placed. Processing time is separate from shipping time, the 10–14 business day estimate begins once your order has been dispatched, not when it is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or US federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

  • Order confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after your order is placed
  • Dispatch notification: You will receive a separate email with your tracking number once your order ships
  • Custom or special orders: May require additional processing time, we will contact you directly if this applies
  • High-demand periods: Processing may take up to 5 business days during peak seasons
03, Tracking

Tracking your
order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update in the carrier's system after your dispatch notification is sent. If your tracking shows no movement after 48 hours, please contact us at info@srivierehair.com.

Check your spam folder. Shipping confirmation emails occasionally land in spam or promotions tabs. If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us and we will resend it.

International
shipping

At this time, S. Riviere Hair Collection ships within the United States only. We are working to expand international shipping in the future.

05, Returns

Our return
policy

We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. At the same time, the nature of hair products requires a clear and firm policy to protect the integrity of every order.

All sales are final once a bundle has been opened or installed. For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair that has been removed from its packaging or worn in any way.

Eligible for return: Unopened, unaltered bundles in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided the product has not been handled beyond initial inspection.

  • Eligible: Unopened bundle in original packaging, returned within 7 days of delivery date
  • Eligible: Item received damaged, incorrect, or not as described
  • Not eligible: Bundle that has been opened, unraveled, or removed from packaging
  • Not eligible: Bundle that has been installed, worn, cut, colored, or chemically treated
  • Not eligible: Return requested more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
  • Not eligible: Change of mind after opening (texture, length, or color)

We strongly recommend reviewing the product specifications and texture guide carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about which product is right for you, contact us before ordering, we would rather help you choose correctly than process a return.

06, Exchanges

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order for the item you need.

If you received the wrong item or a defective product, we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, see the Damaged Orders section below.

07, Damaged Orders

Damaged or
incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right, immediately and at no cost to you.

  • Contact us at info@srivierehair.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
  • We will review and respond within 1–2 business days with a resolution
  • Resolution options: full replacement shipped at no charge, or full refund to your original payment method
📸
Photos are required for damage claims. Please photograph the item and the packaging before discarding anything. Claims submitted without photos may take longer to process.
08, Return Process

How to start
a return

If your return is eligible, follow these steps. Do not ship anything back without first receiving a return authorization, unauthorized returns cannot be processed.

Email us within 7 days of delivery
Send your return request to info@srivierehair.com with your order number and the reason for return. Include photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

Wait for return authorization
We will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions. Do not ship the item until you receive this.

Ship the item back
Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Include your RA number on the outside of the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
04
Refund processed
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
